Campus Natural History Walk

Bennington College sits in the “Valley of Vermont,” nestled between the Taconic Mountains to the west and the Green Mountains to the east.  All over campus, you can find evidence of the College’s heritage…iconic Vermont sugar maples, roofs of slate from the nearby Taconic Mountains, and stone walls, fields, and other evidence of an agricultural past. Enjoy this short walk, and learn more about the place that the Bennington College community calls home.
